Persistence creates resilience. When are are able to overcome challenges and not give up or be defeated you become stronger and even better at facing challenges in the future. Failure cannot be the end of us. We must face failure with an attitude of learning. When we learn from our mistakes we are much less likely to make them again.
How are the same and how are they different? Listen and find out and of course share what you think in my Facebook group.

Have you ever been around people so much that being alone is not something that you have experienced?
Growing up, I was almost never alone. We are a family of 6 and we lived in a three bedroom apartment. My mom was a stay at home mom and so someone was always around. I shared a room with my two sisters and we were always doing stuff together. In high school I started dating and basically always had a boyfriend.
Let's look at...
How do you cope with being alone?
Do you enjoy being alone?
What do you do with your time when you have time for yourself?
Do you feel comfortable being alone or do you seek out company whenever possible?

I'd love to hear from you about this topic or any of my shows. You can find me in my Facebook Group - Go The Distance Podcast Series.

Forgiveness can be a tough matter to practice and deal with. How about we do that together?
Learning is how we find success in life. When we try something and it doesn’t work we walk away and find another way to achieve our goals. When we keep trying the same thing over and over we get frustrated because we have attempted something so many times and still haven’t found success. But when we try it again in a different way or with a different mindset we can find success more quickly.
Take a listen and answer the questions I have for yourself and see what you come up with.
The benefits of positive thinking and how to help building positive thinking skills for yourself.
