Being yourself can be difficult when you don’t fit into the norm and having supportive people in your life is important. No matter who you want to be, you will have to stand up for yourself and be confident in your decisions. It is important to make choices that you reflect who you are.
Listen to the end for a question I have for you because sometimes we need something to jolt us out of our comfort zones and move in the direction of our true selves.
Finding your passion is a great place to start when it comes to finding your pace.
When you follow your passions you will take life in stride with what naturally happens. I have an episode Finding Your Passion and you can find it at https://www.shows.pippa.io/go-the-distance/finding-your-passion

Grace is important when we consider how we handle ourselves. We have a choice in how we react to situations that upset us and when you react with grace it becomes easier to problem solve and to communicate with the person we are interacting with.
This episode shares all the different ways that Grace is defined and how you can express it to create a life with less stress and more peace.
Emotions are a driving force in interactions and relationships. On this episode, Justin Soultatos joins me again to discuss emotions and understand how they work to help us not only accept the emotions of other but also try to problem solve with that person to find more positive ways to express themselves.

This episode is part three of a mini series about three words I choose to live my life by - Faith, Serenity and Passion. (view previous episodes for serenity and passion)
Faith can mean so many things. It is most commonly referred to in a religious way, but it means so much more than that to me. In this episode I share all of what faith means to me, how to cultivate it and the impact it can have on your life.
Faith is so important for success because it provides a positive light into the future and allows us to keep believing even when we feel discouraged and like there is no way to make it through.
