With hardwork and determination a lot can be accomplished. We are able to find determination when we feel inspired not to give up on something. The more effort we put into something the more we accomplish and the sooner we can meet the goal, however it is important to have realistic expectations and be understanding of that sometimes there are setbacks and things don’t always go as planned.

Trust is important when building and maintaining relationships. Not only is it important to be trustworthy but it is also important to be reliable.
Do you believe in intuitive trust or do you believe it only to be based of off something more concrete?
Do you believe that trust can be divided or do you feel that once a person breaks your trust they are completely untrustworthy?
I cover these questions and so much more...and I hope they give you pause to think and reflect.
Respect is something that is important to maintain relationships with others. A person who lacks respect for other people and they boundaries they set, will continuously get rejected may not understand why.

Building healthy relationship starts on a healthy foundation of respect. When two people know, understand and respect each others limits and boundaries if shows that they care and honour one another.

Emotions are such a huge part of our lives and we need to be in control of them. Emotions can easily take over your reactions and sometimes we react with our emotions and do or say things that we would normally not do or say.
Listen and answer the following questions for yourself:
What Types of Emotions are there?
What types of emotions are hard to control?
What makes emotions hard to control?
What makes emotions easier to control?
What are some strategies for regaining control after an emotional outburst?
Our culture has become increasingly focused on either being sexual or shaming others for being sexual. It seems that people have forgotten that we are all human. Sex is a human need and humans are born with the desire to meet their needs.
And what about gender? We need to step back and realize that everyone is different and gender is a spectrum. When we look at all the different people in the world, there is a wide range of sexualities and genders and no one is less valuable than others. We all have our unique abilities and gifts and we should be focused on learned to recognize value in others as opposed to only recognizing what we desire to see in a person because of their gender.

Being thankful is so important in our lives. When suffering from anxiety or depression, being thankful is not something I usually think of, but I have found that prompting myself to find something to be thankful about can sometimes break me out of that negative thinking.

As humans, it is easy to get sucked into the habit of mass consumption and we can get so caught up that we do not even stop to think about giving back, or about the consequences of all the taking we are doing.
A motto I have always loved and try to follow is to leave something in better condition than when you found it.
