It's not all about the struggle and the striving. If we want our businesses to be enjoyable and sustainable, we have to ease into them and enjoy the work we do...
As a solopreneur, prioritizing your workload is key. Without knowing what to do first and what to do next, the dreaded overwhelm can set in.
But just how do we prioritize? And what do we do when things don’t quite go to plan?
In this week’s episode I share my concept of the ‘3 D’s’ – delete delegate, develop. I discuss how using the 80/20 rule helps me create a ‘not to do list’, allowing me to delete the tasks that don’t matter so much or can quite simply just wait.
I discuss how surrounding yourself with a supportive team to whom you can delegate certain tasks can allow you to focus on your zone of genius – being a coach, designing amazing courses and creating brilliant transformation in your clients.
Thirdly I remind you of the importance of prioritizing self-care as it supports everything else you do – it’s fundamental to your success.

Realizing your self-worth and breaking down barriers of resistance puts you in a state of allowing - allowing yourself to believe that you've got this and you're going to achieve everything that you planned.
But how do you get to this place? I've come to realize that it's all about cleaning the basement.
It sounds crazy right, but it’s about ensuring the right foundations are in place before you start building up your skyscraper of success. After all if you don’t take care of the basement your building is going to be wobbly and unstable from the off.
Creating your foundation of self-worth is imperative when building a strong and successful business. We all have a different journey to success, with different things to overcome and work on, but finding your self-worth puts you in a position where you can accept the success you deserve. This week I share how I have managed to achieve this and how you can too, using tools such as meditation and gratitude.

This episode I share the secret of receiving your dream business:
Let's be honest, when you're excited and lit up, that's when you make the most impact and that's when people radiate towards you....
In this week’s podcast, I answer two important questions posed to me by my clients. (Don’t be surprised to hear birdsong in the background, as inspiration struck me whilst enjoying my daily forest walk and I knew I just had to record the answers there and then!)
The first question asks how long it will take to reach the success you dream of, and the second is how to get more people around you.
As we start our businesses we all wonder when the success will come. We read the books, we join the programs, we do the training, and then we expect to see results. It’s not quite that simple though. You need to consider the effort you’re willing to put in – it needs to be your focus. It has to light you up and bring that high vibration needed to really drive those results.
When it comes to finding your people the fundamental question is, are you hanging out in the right places? Are you focusing your efforts in the right place? Do you even know who you are really looking for? Join me as I delve into these questions.
I also introduce my New Coach Business Accelerator Program, where you can learn exactly who your avatar is, how that links to your purpose and your mission, and how these two elements, together with creating an irresistible offer, are what's going to get you and your coaching business off the starting blocks. In this episode I answer two questions; where are my people and when will I reach that success I dream of?
So much of our success is in the stories that we tell ourselves.
Instead of telling stories that help you fall into a sense of hopelessness or inertia for your business, which of course compounds the act of not achieving, tell yourself a story that things are going well...
Why do we so frequently think that we're not doing well enough? Why do we focus on the things we feel we haven’t achieved, rather than the things we have?
This week I look at how changing our focus to our achievements and telling ourselves the stories of our successes, can transform our mindset and motivation.
It’s time to stop asking ‘why can’t I do this’ and instead start asking ‘how can I better serve my ideal avatar?’
Tell yourself that what you're doing is making a difference, both to other people and for your business, and then you’ll feel inspired to do even more – new energy will be drawn in. And who doesn’t want that, right?!
Getting into an enthusiastic and high vibe situation is absolutely the fundamental, most important thing that you do for your business, and I hope this week’s podcast is the prompt you need to do just that.

This episode is all about reaffirming that you are doing better than you think:
You’ve come back after the summer break and aren’t quite sure where to begin? You want to get back on your business bike but you’re just not sure quite how.
Can you believe September is here already? Even though my school days are well behind me, September still brings that feeling of new beginnings – a fresh opportunity to take stock of progress so far and strategize for the future.
Whilst for some of us this time of year is exciting, for others it can invoke feelings of trepidation.
This week’s podcast is all about picking yourself up when you’re not quite feeling it. I talk about the value of alignment, the power of chunking your to do list, and how to go about auditing your year so far so you can set your goals for the remainder of the year.
As we move into September, have the confidence and trust in yourself that you can move forward in a new and different way that’ll be supportive of a sustainable and joyful business that you deserve to create and run with phenomenal success...”
I talk about how reframing every action you take for a business as an experiment is a great way to take the pressure off. It’s about having fun, being playful and – most importantly – being gracious with yourself on your business journey.
And if you’re all in on the combination of alignment and action and you need to take your business forward this fall with help, support, inspiration, and guidance, book in for a totally free strategy day with me – CLICK HERE. I’d love to support you.

This episode is all about getting back on your business bike:
You don't have to be everything you told yourself you had to be. You don't have to try so hard that it hurts. You can go easier on yourself...
Have you ever diligently posted every day on social media? Are you wishing that was you? Or are you glad that it's not?
Whichever way you go when it comes to being visible, today's episode is for you.
When I first left corporate and started out as a solopreneur, I was extraordinarily consistent when it came to posting online and showing up. I would dedicate Sunday evening to batching content for the week using a scheduler.
Don’t get me wrong, this is fantastic if it works for you. The problem comes when these tasks stop being enjoyable and start being a chore and this is exactly what happened for me – as my inspiration waned, so did my consistency.
Interestingly, at that same time I was starting to get into reels on Instagram. Instead of posting every day, I leaned into my inspiration and enjoyment and, a couple of times a week, created some reels of my own. And you know what? My following continued to grow.
It taught me a very valuable lesson – you can break the rules. You can give yourself a break.
You can always work harder, turn up more often, produce more content - but what would it take for you to get there and would the energy be off? It's so much about energy and the intention behind what you put out – that’s how it gets received by your audience.
So, as the end of summer draws near, remember to give yourself a break.
And if you’re just starting out as a coach or course creator, exploring how you can help your perfect avatar by creating irresistible offers, book in for a totally free strategy day with me – CLICK HERE. I’d love to support you.

This episode is all about realizing when less consistency is actually worth more:
Alignment is where you're in your lane going forward and knowing that that's exactly where you want to be. Alignment is being in a sense of flow, just having that inspiration strike and moving in the direction that lights you up...
Have you reached a point in your business where you're feeling like you're not making progress, perhaps because you're not committed enough?
Perhaps it's not a lack of commitment, but actually a lack of alignment that's causing the problems.
Alignment is where you're in your lane going forward and knowing that that's exactly where you want to be. Without it, it’s easy to just lose motivation and give up, stalling that progression you both need and deserve.
This week I discuss the two types of alignment that are critical to building a business and I share ways to shift your energy and stay aligned when you start to veer off track.
Today is the day to show up for your business in a way that allows you to be true to yourself.

In this episode I discuss the important of alignment:
Being a good Mum doesn't mean always getting it right. Being a successful entrepreneur doesn't necessarily mean spending all of our time worrying and working on our business...
Balancing life as a Mum and entrepreneur isn’t easy. It’s all too easy to feel conflicted, not sure where to turn your focus – spreading yourself too thinly and worrying that you’re not good enough in either role.
I’ve been there. In fact, I’m still there.
As a busy Mum of three spirited daughters as well as a busy solopreneur, I understand how tricky it can be to find that balance between work and home life. I am working hard for my children and their futures – they are my ‘why’ - but my present all too often involves hastily rushing them out of the room ahead of a work call!
In this week’s episode, I talk about the reality of working from home with kids, the importance of honesty and vulnerability with our peers, and the need to trust your instincts and stop questioning yourself.
You can be a successful Mum and businesswoman. It’s all about priorities and learning not to be too hard on yourself
