Gratitude for Gratitude...

Have you ever got a thank you gift for saying thank you? LOL

Recently individual who works in construction was interested in having us act as his Gratitude Team and handwrite cards to his prospects. He recently informed me that he was going to have to hold off doing business with me.

Was I disappointed? Yes. But I still wanted to help him. So when I recently came across a book about the power of handwritten thank you notes, I sent it to him out of the blue. For no other reason than wanting to help him. And having businesses spread gratitude through thank you cards is one of our big missions.

Well, this weekend I received a card in the mail with a heartfelt note from him saying the book came at the perfect time (they often do). Enclosed in the card was a Starbucks gift card. A thank you from him to me for my gratitude.

When you spread gratitude, it tends to multiply and come back to you.
