In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on gratitude, how to anchor it in the present moment and how to not attach conditions or restrictions to it. The practice of gratitude has come a long way, and I wanted to share with you today what it looks like now.
In today’s episode we discuss:1) Gratitude starts in the present moment, with what you have today even if you don’t have everything you want yet. Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance. ~Eckhart Tolle
2) Choosing to focus on gratitude helps us to see that our past stories, lessons, and experiences can be used for something good for our future. It allows us to shift perspective. 3) When you feel the least thankful is when you need to focus on gratitude the most. What you focus on always expands and what you train your eyes to see is what it will notice more of.
