  • Episode 239: Season Six Finale: Marriage Mondays Returns with Jaimie and Chris Littrell

For the Season Six finale of the Gravity Podcast, Chris is joined by a familiar voice—his wife, Jaimie Littrell.

Before Momentum Mondays and Mighty Mondays, there was Marriage Mondays. Chris and Jaimie used those early episodes to share honest conversations about marriage, family, personal growth, and navigating life together. In this finale, they return to that original format while reflecting on their recent vacation to Cannon Beach, Oregon.

Their conversation explores the tension between planning for the future and trying to control every factor in life. Chris and Jaimie discuss how the desire for control can influence our expectations, relationships, and ability to remain present. They also share lessons they have learned through marriage, changing seasons, unexpected challenges, and more than six seasons of podcasting.

This episode is a relaxed and personal conversation about accepting what we cannot control, appreciating the life unfolding in front of us, and continuing to grow alongside the people we love.

    • Reflections from Chris and Jaimie’s trip to Cannon Beach
    • Why we try to control the circumstances around us
    • The difference between thoughtful planning and unhealthy control
    • Lessons learned through marriage and changing seasons
    • Jaimie’s perspective on the Gravity Podcast experience
    • Reflections on six seasons of conversations, guests, and growth

Thank you for listening, sharing the podcast, and being part of the Gravity community throughout Season Six.

  • Episode 238: Necessary Endings: Making Peace with the Seasons of Life.

Necessary Endings: Making Peace with the Seasons of Life.

Not every ending is a failure.

Some endings are painful. Some catch us off guard. Others arrive long before we feel ready. But often, those endings are exactly what we need to prepare us for the next season of life.

In this Momentum Monday episode of the Gravity Podcast, Chris reflects on the difficult reality that life is filled with necessary endings. Whether it's a career, a business, a relationship, or a personal dream, every chapter eventually comes to a close. While we don't always get to choose the timing, we can choose how we respond.

Chris shares two personal examples. The first is the unexpected end of his 2026 triathlon season after an injury cut his racing plans short. The second is his law enforcement career, which ended much earlier than he had envisioned. Looking back, both endings brought disappointment, uncertainty, and grief. Yet with time, each created space for new opportunities, personal growth, and a deeper sense of purpose.

The challenge is recognizing that endings are often not obstacles—they are invitations.

Chris encourages listeners to surround themselves with trusted people who are willing to speak truth, even when it's difficult to hear. Sometimes the people who care about us most are the first to recognize that our current season has run its course. Their honesty may be uncomfortable, but it can also become the catalyst that moves us toward healing, maturity, and new purpose.

Growth requires letting go. New beginnings often demand necessary endings.

  • Episode 237: Credit Card Skimmer to Police Trainer: Lessons from Both Sides of Crime with Michael Perez & Steven Webster

What happens when a former criminal and a retired police officer join forces to protect organizations from the very crimes they once investigated from opposite sides?

In Episode 237 of the Gravity Podcast, host Christopher Littrell sits down with Michael Perez and Steven Webster of MICCLO, a company focused on helping organizations identify vulnerabilities, prevent fraud, and strengthen security.

Michael's story is one of the most compelling we've ever featured on the podcast. After becoming involved in a sophisticated skimming operation that compromised financial information and led to federal felony convictions, he ultimately served time in prison and rebuilt his life. Today, he uses his firsthand knowledge of criminal tactics to help organizations, financial institutions, and law enforcement understand how these crimes occur and how to stop them before they happen.

Joining him is Steven Webster, a retired law enforcement professional whose career was spent pursuing criminals, investigating fraud, and protecting communities. Together, Michael and Steven provide a unique perspective that combines the mindset of the offender with the experience of the investigator.

    In this conversation, we discuss:

    • Michael's journey from criminal activity to redemption and purpose
    • How skimming operations work and why they continue to be effective
    • Lessons learned from both sides of the justice system
    • The power of accountability, second chances, and personal transformation
    • Practical steps organizations can take to protect themselves from fraud and financial crime

This episode is a powerful reminder that our worst decisions do not have to define our future. Whether you're in law enforcement, business, leadership, or simply interested in stories of resilience and redemption, you'll find valuable lessons in this conversation.

Listen now and discover how experience from both sides of the law can help create safer organizations and stronger communities.

  • Episode 234: Earn This...Earn It! - Momentum Mondays

In this special Memorial Day edition of Momentum Monday, Christopher Littrell reflects on the true meaning of Memorial Day and why it stands apart from both Armed Forces Day and Veterans Day.

Veterans Day allows us to thank those who served.
Armed Forces Day allows us to recognize those currently serving.
    But Memorial Day is different.

Memorial Day honors the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country—the ones we can no longer shake hands with, look in the eye, or personally thank.

Christopher shares a powerful reflection inspired by the film Saving Private Ryan and the unforgettable final words of Captain John Miller to Private James Ryan:
    “Earn this.”

What does it mean to earn the sacrifice of others?

While some people may honor that sacrifice through heroic acts or extraordinary service, Christopher challenges listeners to consider a different perspective: maybe we earn freedom in the small, everyday moments.

Hold the door open for someone.
    Help your neighbor.
    Offer kindness to a stranger.
Hand a bottle of water to someone in need.

Freedom is a gift paid for by others. The question isn’t whether we can repay it—we can’t. The question is how we choose to live because of it.

This episode is a reminder that leadership, gratitude, service, and humanity are often demonstrated in the smallest actions.

Take a moment this Memorial Day to remember the fallen… and ask yourself:
How will I earn it today?

  • Episode 232: Lessons from Mom - Momentum Mondays

Click here to purchase a copy of Chris's book, Echoes from the Street - A police officer's journey through trauma, recovery, and redemption.

In this Momentum Monday episode of the Gravity Podcast, Chris shares something deeply personal — timeless life strategies passed down from his mom.

In a world filled with noise, pressure, distractions, and endless commitments, her wisdom serves as a reminder that moving forward in life is less about doing more and more about doing what truly matters.

This episode explores the power of intentional living, protecting your peace, honoring your relationships, and learning to slow down enough to focus on what counts most.

    1. Don’t Fill Your Days With Things That Don’t Matter
Life can easily become overcrowded with distractions, obligations, and meaningless busyness. Chris reflects on the importance of asking:

    • Does this really matter?
    • Is this aligned with my values?
    • Will this have lasting impact?

Momentum isn’t about constant movement — it’s about meaningful movement.

    2. Be Present for the People You Love
One of the most powerful lessons shared was the importance of being available for the people closest to us. Relationships require intentionality, presence, and sacrifice.

Too often we give our best energy to the outside world while the people at home get what’s left over.

    3. Protect Your Sleep and Recovery
Chris discusses the importance of saying “no” to commitments, events, and distractions that negatively impact recovery and sleep.

Rest is not weakness. Recovery is a performance strategy.

Whether you’re leading a team, raising a family, training for an endurance event, or simply trying to become healthier — sleep matters.

    4. Add Margin and Slow Down
Many people schedule their lives so tightly that there’s no room left to breathe, think, recover, or simply be present.

This episode challenges listeners to create margin:

    • Margin in time
    • Margin in relationships
    • Margin in commitments
    • Margin in emotional bandwidth

Sometimes slowing down is exactly what allows us to move forward.

    Momentum isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like protecting your peace, prioritizing your people, and intentionally choosing what deserves your energy.

Small decisions, repeated consistently, shape the direction of our lives.

  • Episode 231: Eric Geager - Triathlete | Crocodile Fighter | Grandpa

In this powerful episode of the Gravity Podcast, Chris sits down with local race organizer, triathlete, and community leader Eric Greager for a conversation that goes far beyond endurance sports.

Eric is a husband, father, and grandfather—but recently, he added “survivor” to that list after a life-altering crocodile attack while swimming in Mexico.

Eric walks us through the incident—what started as a routine swim turned into a fight for his life. He shares the critical moments during the attack, the courage it took to survive, and the chain of people who stepped in to save him—lifeguards, doctors, and even strangers who refused to let his story end that day.

But this episode isn’t just about the attack—it’s about what came after.

Eric speaks with deep humility and gratitude as he reflects on:

    • The overwhelming support he received in those critical moments
    • The medical teams who worked to save not just his life, but his arm
    • How quickly life can change—and what truly matters when it does

This conversation is a reminder of perspective. Of resilience. And of the power of gratitude in the face of adversity.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Life can shift in an instant—don’t wait to appreciate what you have
    • Gratitude isn’t just a mindset, it’s a lifeline
    • Community matters—often, survival depends on others stepping in
    • Resilience is built long before it’s tested

Eric’s story will leave you thinking differently about your own challenges—and maybe a little more thankful for today.

  • Episode 230: Execution beats Intention - Momentum Mondays

    🔥 Episode Summary

In this Momentum Monday episode of the Gravity Podcast, Chris breaks down a powerful lesson from race day: execution beats intention—every time.

Going into the race with a clear strategy around preparation, pace, and recovery, Chris shares how those same principles apply far beyond endurance sports. Whether you’re chasing a fitness goal, building a career, or working on personal growth, success isn’t about what you intend to do—it’s about what you consistently execute.

Success doesn’t start on race day—it starts long before.
From nutrition planning to gear setup and mental readiness, preparation removes uncertainty and builds confidence.

    In life:
How you prepare determines how you perform.
Don’t wait for the moment—train for it.

    _____________________________________________________________

It’s easy to go out too fast when you’re feeling good—but that rarely ends well.
A smart race requires discipline to stick to a sustainable pace.

    In life:
Burnout often comes from poor pacing.
Consistency beats intensity when it comes to long-term growth.

    _____________________________________________________________

    Recovery isn’t weakness—it’s strategy.
It allows your body to adapt, rebuild, and come back stronger.

    In life:
Rest, reflection, and reset are essential.
If you’re always pushing and never recovering, you’re limiting your potential.

    _____________________________________________________________

    💡 Key Takeaways

    1. Preparation: Set Yourself Up to Win

    2. Pace: Think Long Game

    3. Recovery: Where Growth Happens
