I am so so excited to have my best friend's husband, Alex Lynn on todays podcast where we talk about A LOT of things. There is nothing wrong with struggling with ADHD. It's actually SUPER common. In this episode, I explain the three different types of ADHD and the symptoms of each. I go into detail sharing how ADHD has personally affected my life and the many ways I've learned to cope with it and maximize my productivity. I share not only tips to help those who experience it but also tips for anyone who has loved ones who experience ADHD symptoms as well to help better understand. I wanted to share my perspective on it for anyone who has felt they may deal with it as well or just never fully understood it.

Here to end the very negative stigma around therapy if I have anything to say about it. This episode goes in DEPTH explaining my personal journey with therapy and why I think it is so important in evolving as a person.
