Hey my loves welcome to Todays episode which is all about breaking those limiting beliefs and just changing your perspective to benefit yourself and your work. I have seen people create amazing things but never believe in themselves so if everyone else believes it does not even matter. I was literally that person, and that is why I am here to tell you that your mindset and how you feel about yourself and your work impacts EVERYTHING. "Becoming successful is just not how hard you grind, create or if people love you or not. It is all about mindset and how you feel about yourself." - Kat

So todays episode is just me talking about my day and just how I felt. For more understanding I had such a horrible morning dealing with my anxiety and depression, and I just wanted to have a little talk with you guys. Think of it as a nice needed pep talk for anyone who does deal with depression and anxiety. Because I know this talk I had with myself / you guys was much needed for me. Just know sometimes mornings can be rough but that does not mean that your whole day is ruined. So I hope you enjoyed and let me know if you like this style of episode.

Todays For Real Friday is all about how to handle things not going your way. Literally my first time recording videos for YouTube went to complete crap and I hated everything at time. But I did what I do best and came up with four things you can do to help you when things are just not going your way and you rather pull your hair out and give up.

Todays episode is all about breaks and self care and why they are needed no matter what life you are living. Sometimes we can be so into our craft we do not realize we are burning ourselves out. So this episode is all about giving you that push you need to feel okay with taking time off to care for yourself. Sometimes I forget that work and what I can create can go on hold way much more then my health can. So please make it a goal this year to take breaks, pamper yourself, and just overall take care of yourself this year.

Todays episode is all about choosing what to focus on. Sometimes we can stay stuck focusing on what is only going wrong and sometimes personally I stay stuck with that focus for hours. So this episode is all about focusing on the good to lead yourself to success but without neglecting any of the bad. In this episode I get a little vulnerable and spoke about an argument that pissed me off to show how I was able to not allow that argument ruin my day and the questions I had to ask myself to really help and push me to not think of what was wrong. Being able to focus, and regain yourself in an argument grows more into what are you focusing on daily? Are you focusing on the lack or are you focusing on the abundance? Let me know in todays episode!

2020 has been super crazy and starting something so new, and challenging like a business I can personally tell you that it is hard. To be very honest I learn something new everyday and each month gets better, but more challenging so, as someone who has been creating her business for 4 months I wanted to stop by and talk about the hard things that I personally have been through with creating a business.

New Years can feel so stressful sometimes, especially feeling like the only way to be successful is by being perfect. The funny part of that statement is it isn't true. The truth is you will fail next year one way or another it is inevitable; and that is just one of my five reasons on why you shouldn't feel pressured by New Year Resolutions. If you want to know more then join me in todays episode and maybe this will help your mindset for the year of 2021.
