Sounds simple , right ?

Be happy ! We have all heard the song !

But its not always as easy as we think.

What if I told you that some people spend their life searching for “Happiness”.

This , of course , leads to looking for the external stimulation to make them happy and always finding a downside in anything that shows the potential for happiness.

They “self sabotage “ any relationship because they are convinced that something will go wrong down the line and in order to avoid disappointment , they prefer to walk away.

What if I told you that some people find happiness early in their life and “camp out” on that happiness, because they fear they will never find it again.

This , of course , turns into complacency , mediocre , and eventually a very small life.

Here’s a really big secret …….”Happiness is not a person , place , or thing….it’s a mindset”!

You control your mindset !

Kinesthetic is defined as : Relating to a person’s awareness of the position and movement of the parts of the body.

So , what does that have to do with learning ?

A lot!

These are the people who cannot sit still for long periods of time without drifting off (losing connection) with the facilitator.

You have seen this happen in your classes , right?

You look out in your audience and you see them looking like their mind is somewhere else, or you watch them bail on your class as they head for the exit door.

They need to be active in the classroom as much as possible in order for them to feel fulfilled with the educational content.

There are techniques a trainer can apply that will help keep this person engaged.

Have you heard the newest terminology being thrown around by “social media influencers” in the past 30 days ?

This is accurate information but, it’s not the whole story and , most importantly , it’s not exclusive to any hair color brand.

That’s only part of it. Auditory does have to do with hearing , but that opens up an entire world of skills and answers those questions why , in many of our classes , we don’t understand why they were not more engaged.

Have your note book handy because there will be some useful information shared and you will want to write it down and use it as a resource.
