Jody Mitic is a Canadian former politician, an author, and a retired Master Sniper. While serving with the Canadian Army, Mitic lost both of his legs in a landmine incident while fighting in the War in Afghanistan in 2007. He served as an Ottawa City Councillor, representing Innes Ward in Ottawa's east end, from 2014 until 2018.

Jody is also the founder of Green Army Coffee, and has authored his first book: "Unflinching: The Making of a Canadian Sniper"
