As I approached a milestone birthday last year, I found myself checking-in with a future version of me. And now, it's earned a spot in my annual habit rotation. Choose a date—your next birthday works beautifully—and send a note from today’s you to the version of you you're becoming. Be honest. Be specific. Be loving.
