I commend any and everyone who is forward looking and already planning out their goals for 2020. However, one thing I want you to stop doing is waiting. There is still over 20 days in the month of December. Start acting on your goals and testing their feasibility so that you are crystal clear on the challenges ahead once 2020 starts!

It's been over a month since my last podcast episode was published, so in this episode I am explaining why that is as well as how I plan to fix it.

I then tie all my personal things into today's message that is, you should wait to worry. Worrying about things before they happen is a strain on you that is unnecessary. Hope for the best and prepare as much as you can, but whatever you do, don't worry before hand!

Some people have a problem adding weight and some people have a problem losing weight. That being said we can eat to combat these tendencies without tracking calories and macros by simply eating on the side of precaution. This simple tactic will go a long way.

It's easy to get caught up in the high speed world we live in and forget about self care. Taking and planning out time each day for self care is essential to long term success. There is only one of you and if you aren't taking care of yourself then it is likely no one else will either.

This mentality is one that I whole heartedly believe in when it comes to health. If you have any medical concerns or problems it is always better to be safe than sorry. Rest it, get it checked out, and whatever other means necessary to help keep your health concerns under control.
