This is a quick intro to a relatively long podcast I recorded just before Christmas with Paul Lanfear. 

For a change, it was Paul asking me the questions for his own podcast, The Property & Investor Podcast, with a particular focus on burnout, how to cope with it and how to come back from. 

It’s something we’ll all experience at some point as we try to grow our business, and I think it’s important to shine light on some of these less instagrammable moments that we experience so that if you’re feeling burnt out you know that you’re not alone.
