Dom is a brand new Massage Therapist in Northern Ontario- like fresh outta school, super green- Mark even said he’s still in pull-ups kinda new! He sent us a message to come on the podcast to talk about his experiences in school, and his decision to go out on his own rather than taking a clinic job fresh out of school because he couldn’t find a place that he felt he fit. This concept intrigued us because we are huge believers in there being a place for us all in the marketplace and if you can’t find your clinic, well then create it! Dom wanted to work more in sports massage and was given the opportunity to rent a space in a gym to practice. All the while he is still working in construction while he builds his practice.
