Whether it's burnout, anxiety, depression... it's important for us to know how to support those we care about who are dealing with a mental health challenge.
In this episode of Happy Without Medicine, I share a framework that you can use to support those around you who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression.
There's no one-size-fits-all answer, but this 3 step framework is a good place to start.
And of course, if there is a crisis, you must call 911 or your country's emergency line. Or take them to your nearest emergency department if it is safe to do so.
