Tanya Suarez took meth, was arrested, and in a drug fueled psychosis, gouged out her own eyes. Now Suarez is getting a $4.35 Million payday because a San Diego correctional officer "failed" to save her from her own vicious insanity-- she blames the negligence and poor training of officers for her sightless life and has sued the people of San Diego.

Kaylee Muthart did the same thing, but she wasn't in county custody. Kaylee is trying to rebuild her life with $65 thousand in charity and the love of her family. She blames no one else for what happened to her and is grateful to be alive.

Is it right that Tanya gets the payday because the law was enforced upon her, while Kaylee has to rely on kindness because it wasn't? Linde stole his gun, threatened a nurse, stole the detention officers' vehicle, and was in flight pursued by a patrol unit. Linde was charged with robbery, assault escape and more and received a sentence of 59 years behind iron bars. You must wonder then, why today he is out in the community he threatened. Sure, you know, it happens. A one-off. But Singleton was not the first-- inmate Brandon Dotson came out of ADOC inconveniently dead, and he was missing his heart (which is sacred). Both Dotson and Singleton were already in advanced state of decomposition when they were released to families-- so what happened? Government denies all knowledge. Did the DOC not know they were dead inside the walls? A new federal lawsuit filed against the ADOC and the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences aims to find out.
