  • Episode #47: From Rushing Through Life to Slowing Down Intentionally (Part 2)

Once driven by the need to conquer and compete, Juliana’s obsession with fitness was a daily grind—one that left little room for celebration or self-compassion. It wasn’t until a knee injury and a gut issue forced her to rethink her approach that she discovered a more harmonious way to care for herself.

In this episode you’ll hear about challenges of breaking free from a hustle mentality and the impact of our upbringing on beliefs about productivity and self-worth. Juliana reflects on how deeply ingrained patterns of relentless effort and the fear of stillness shaped her earlier years and how embracing a slower pace has led to a richer, more fulfilling life.

The episode also explores the shadow side of hustle culture, revealing how society often equates worth with constant achievement and productivity. Juliana contrasts this with the Sovereign archetype—one who leads from a place of inner authority and alignment rather than fear and lack. This shift from the hustler mentality to a state of inner peace and abundance represents a radical rethinking of what it means to thrive.

Juliana’s journey to finding balance involves not just changing her schedule but transforming her entire mindset, starting from clarifying moments that led her to lean further into her heart’s message. She discusses how moving from a place of scarcity to one of abundance allowed her to fully appreciate the present moment and experience genuine peace.

Tune in to hear Juliana’s inspiring story and discover how slowing down and embracing stillness can lead to a deeper connection with yourself and a more meaningful life.

This episode, like all inside the Harmony Over Hustle Podcast, is a call to reflect on your own journey and explore the transformative power of doing less to connect more.

  • Episode #45: From rushing through life to slowing down intentionally- Part 1

A hustle-focused mindset to a more harmonious and intentional way of living starts with self reflection.

The words "hurry up" were used a lot in my childhood and it had an impact on my sense of time.

As a parent, I've learned to use intentional phrases that promote commitment and punctuality without the stress of rushing. That also means feeling safe while sitting still, and doing nothing.

Take what Shefali Tsabary said in “The Conscious Parent”

“Unless we allow our children to become comfortable with quiet alone is they become strangers to themselves, alienated from their essence.”

  • Episode #43: Getting down to business: Productive work over Busy work

Special Guest Stephanie Jones, a mom, business owner, and travel lover helped me go through the ins and outs of helping female entrepreneurs their life and business on their own terms. It was more than talking about ambition, drive, and passion.

In this episode you’ll hear about the unmet needs that filter through our minds adding to mom guilt, overloaded plates, the way-to-long and never ending to do list, and the voice that guilts you into doing more.

There’s no shortage of responsibility and Juliana talks about why responsibility is a weight that holds you back from doing what you need and what you will find is best for you, your family, and your business.

And there’s no doubt there’s been outside influence from past generations on our outlook and approach to life and business. You’re being called here to break free from outdated norms, recreate tradition, and understand the influence you want to hold onto when paving your path forward.

Business twists and turns are both inevitable and bring uncertainty. The best thing we can do as smart and savvy Moms is navigate through with systems and structures in place. The framework serves as a support system for our growth and makes space for creativity and freedom all along the way.

A mom that’s wearing so many hats can be sucked into the vortex of the hustle and bustle, but when she takes a step back and sees for herself, what it looks like to honor her well-being while pursuing a business, she’s taking stock of how she values her time, her energy, and her resources to see her version of success be brought to life.

Unlocking the Secrets to your Success 5 day Challenge is here to help you prioritize what’s most important, set it in place with a system, and clear out the noise that comes through daily that distracts and delays you from living your life, your version of success, and in your own way.

We’ll be talking you through things like overcoming setbacks, facing rejection, navigating uncertainty, holding your resilience and perseverance during tested times and making sure you are as sane as possible AND enjoying yourself the whole way!

  • Episode #42: Making a Commitment Stick without Mindset Hacks

    ✔Set a goal

    ✔Do the things

    ✔Achieve said goal

Specificity leads to simplicity but only when you get your whole body on board with the goal.

You have set commitments in the past and haven't stuck with them....we all have!

    Here's the thing:

The desire still exists but the behaviors floated away in the wind.

I am here to tell you that you can solidify your commitments by going to the place inside you- as you declare this commitment for yourself- so you can see how much of YOU is on board with this commitment.

And by doing so you get to see what is NOT on board.

That is where you move through before you move with this desired goal.

  • Episode #41 "Who's speaking?" Shine light on your voice of Truth

Inspired to speak about the channeled text, "The Book of Love and Creation" by Paul Selig, this episode reflects on the discovery of personal power in our words and intentions.

All in Harmony Podcast is here to serve as a resource for your healing and awakening journey.

You have arrived in this space to consume insights, wisdom, love, possibility, and thought provoking questions that invite you to consider the impacts of allowing your voice to be bold, to be brave, and to take up space.

As you listen to the story that I share of the inner battles between fairies and monsters that symbolizes the internal struggles, we all face at some point after childhood,

I encourage you to lean into this ONE question for the next week…

    “Who is speaking?”

As you bring your awareness to the voice in your head that may be loud or even overbearing at times, whether that’s of judgment, comparison, criticism, anxiousness, or regret, ask yourself- particularly this voice- how you may support this part of you; what does this part of you need to hear or feel in this moment?

Need help in confidently communicating what is most important to you, head to Episode #35 “Lead with Better Communication”

As promised, here are four additional questions that I am reflecting on as I move through a transition:

    1. “What if I didn’t allow my voice to be bigger, bolder, and louder; Who would benefit from that one decision?”

    2.  “What is the best case scenario of standing out in the crowd, sharing compassionately and truthfully, what I feel most passionate about?”

    3. “Is there one action that I have been missing out on that drives the needle further than I can see clearly now? If so, what is it?”

    4. “What am I bearing down and holding onto that is not serving my expansion?”

Through self forgiveness and the practice of Mirror Mapping with Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) you too can find liberation, peace and a renewed sense of safety in your own body.

In my upcoming masterclass Forgive & Free Me on January 24th, I am bringing a safe and intimate space for you to feel the opening of your heart through self forgiveness.

    Receive medicine for your soul;

    Free yourself from past mistakes;

Open your heart to compassion, grace, and understanding.

Take on the vision of what has *already* been embraced in your journey in 2024.

-- Personal freedom, confidence, and safe love.

That is my intention. That is my word. That is what I am calling in.

    What about you?

✨Your bold, brave self awaits, ready to create a world seen through the lens of love.✨

  • Episode #40 Traditions that work for you & your family

Around all the hustle and bustle of this season is the joy of spending quality time with your family. What does that quality family time look like?

Going further into heart and understanding what you want to see, to feel, and to experience (this Christmas and beyond)

In today’s Episode, I bring the focus to what holds us back as mothers when it comes to having more peace, joy and overflowing love.

You’ll hear about the choices and actions that may have been a part of your upbringing that leave you rather closed off and detached from the present.

The wall of protection that you face, that has you acting from a place of this default mode that is neglectful, hurt, & unwanted, that can now be met with compassion, understanding and forgiveness.

When those hard, frustrating, almost depleting moments come in where you feel you have lost control of your body, there’s a decision to be made.

I walk you through certain defenses that can be approached differently, and the easefulness of following through when you work with Nervous System Regulation and Retraining resources like the Emotional Freedom Technique.

In order to move through and beyond these automatic, default tendencies that have potentially brought more hurt to others and yourself, you are making the decision to break up with your past and create your dream life. A life that is full of joy, love, and fulfillment.

Imagine going to sleep at night without guilt, and instead you are so incredibly proud of yourself because you showed up for yourself in a bigger way. And the choice was reflected on how you show up for your children, your partner and others.

  • Episode #39 Making peace with my past: Forgiveness Prayer Included

Making peace with your past comes with a declaration of a New Self that is committing to a new way of operating, and that comes with a set of new standards and boundaries for yourself.

In this episode I dive into one aspect that creates the space for you to move that old, dead weight, and bring in a new feeling, thought, and belief.

We pull the focus on you and with this new movement comes the choice to forgive and free yourself from the past.

This process is similar to cleaning out your closet of all those old, unwanted pieces and leaving you with the room to bring in what you most desire. And of course that applies to the thoughts you have in your mind that come with a different belief in yourself.

The practice you accept and move into, with my guidance, is guaranteed to bring more lightness, more peace, and more appreciation for everything you are and everything you are remembering about yourself to be TRUE.

Inside Embodied Heart Training you receive the guidance and support to move the emotions that have held you back from living a life with more peace and pleasure.
With so much love and gratitude

  • Episode #38 Course Correcting with a different Mindset

Course Correcting with a different Mindset is about choosing a higher path and ultimately opposing the ‘old’ way of doing things.

In today’s episode I explain the differences between a choice that holds a high energy and one that remains low.

I also get into the science of what holds us back from making a change, when you know it’s the right time, and what to stay aware of when you start going through the process of change.

Often the course correction that is most valuable to us is the one that comes with the most pushback and resistance.

When we acknowledge what our mind and body are doing, as an act of survival and keeping us comfortable, it is up to us to declare safety inside ourselves so we can continue down a new, and higher, path.

When the overly critical voice is there to jump in and knock you down, saying “you shouldn’t do that” or “you can’t have that” you are dealing with years of deeply rooted programming of unworthiness and shame. You can continue to fight that battle inside of yourself or let it go, and I encourage you to step up for yourself in a bigger way this time.

Guided Love is a 6 month highly intensive and intimate coaching work that coincides with healing of trauma bonds and growing one’s heart. Check to see if your self-awareness is at the level to receive this type of guidance :)
