This one is for the people who are in corporate. Is it true that there is an unwritten rule that you only get to make partner or a promotion ONLY if/when you are married.

Unrelated to Corporate but in rugby being married is their brand, they are family orientated therefore as a rugby player you are at your peak when you have a family and are married.
