So many people in our society have egos and are extremely full of themselves. This is generally a turn off to most people, it is also generally a defense mechanism because they lack confidence. Being a good listener and realizing that almost everything in this world is subjective is the first step to not having an ego. Just be yourself and be soft-spoken, let your actions speak for you.
