Dear Steve and Shirley, my husband and I have been married for over 20 years and we have 4 children, 3 daughters and 1 son. My husband is a truck driver, so he’s gone a lot and I’m left to care for the kids. When my husband is home, he tries to step in and take over the father role, but we argue constantly about disciplining the kids.
