Dear Steve and Shirley, my boyfriend and I are both in our mid 50s. We have been dating almost a year and are very much in love with one another. Our sex life has its hills and valleys due to his health conditions and his hygiene. He’s on medication and we got it regulated, but we can’t seem to get past his hygiene issues.
