Headlines: Govt appoints new illicit tobacco Commissioner

Australia’s first Illicit Tobacco and E-cigarette Commissioner has been named by the Federal Government. 

Large parts of NSW are being told to brace for damaging winds, heavy rain and potential flooding, with a ‘rain bomb’ predicted to hit the state tomorrow. 

Two firefighters have been shot dead in the U.S. state of Idaho, after what police suspect was a planned ambush. 

And today's good news: Wimbledon will get underway this evening with the highest number of Aussies in the draw since 1995.
