This episode addresses the spiritual attacks we encounter as believers, both as a result of our relationship with God and as a result of our actions creating the gateway for Satan to attack. Tiffany highlights 1 Peter 5:8-9 which says “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.” This scripture supports the very fact that Satan is constantly looking to attack and we have to be prepared to withstand the trials that come. The other featured scripture is John 16:33 which says “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” We know trials come but trust that God’s got us!

After being heavily convicted to make a change in her life and commit to her relationship with God, Tiffany recorded this episode to talk about the cross that comes with asking for deliverance. She breaks down the difficulty many people have in making the decision to walk with God and highlights reasons we should consider making the decision to follow our faith. This episode is based off Romans 7:18-25 which says "For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do- this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law, but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin."

Episode 7 digs into our work ethic. Structured around Colossians 3:23-24, Tiffany talks about the importance of giving your very best and working as though you are working for the Lord and not for man, as the bible counsels us to do. She tells a short story on how a Godly work ethic can create earthly success and highlights ways to do your very best in less than ideal circumstances.
This episode of Pods & PR focuses on the grace God continues to give us despite our unworthiness. Inspired by a daily devotional read by Tiffany, we consider what it means to lean into our weakness and fully walk in the understanding that we may not be good enough for all the blessings we receive, yet continue to experience. Tiffany highlights one of her favorite scriptures, which is also referenced by the author of the devotional, which is 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, and says "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weakness ,so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
