As promised, this is the FULL & UNEDITED "Healers & Growers" panel discussion from the Main Stage of the Hoot Music Festival at the Ashokan Center in upstate NY, which took place on Saturday, August 27. The panel included Tom Cowan, Will Padilla-Brown, Danny Parrott, Kelly Crine, and Covel McDermott.

They spoke to a hillside of festival attendees about the challenges of making food your medicine in today’s society, food systems, plant medicines, the one food that probably should be in everyone’s diet AND the one thing they absolutely would not put in their body.
