In this episode of The Wellness Way, Philly sits down with Rob K., an extraordinary healer with deep knowledge of medicinal plants and natural medicine. Rob shares powerful insights into the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, its impact on chronic symptoms, and why it’s most beneficial when ingested or applied topically rather than smoked.
Rob’s journey began at age 15, when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Watching her battle through mastectomies, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments, he sought alternative approaches that offered true healing rather than harmful side effects. This quest led him to explore cannabis as a potent, natural remedy for cancer and beyond—a “vilified medicine” that could transform health and wellbeing.
Rob believes that if more people understood the benefits of cannabis medicine, 80% of today’s common symptoms could be alleviated. Through his platform, DoALittle Healthcare, Rob offers holistic healthcare coaching and a range of natural therapies designed to boost health and vitality.
DoALittle Healthcare provides:
• Holistic health care coaching
• Detox and cleansing protocols
• Acupressure and Swedish massage
• Neuroscience-based mindfulness, meditation, relaxation training, and NLP
• Herbal remedies and “The Marvelous Molecules”
• Healthcare talks and workshops at venues of your choice
Tune in as he and Philly discuss the empowering potential of natural medicine to improve lives, one person at a time.

In this powerful episode of The Wellness Way, Philly welcomes John Watt, a Scottish activist and campaigner for vaccine-injured individuals. John shares his story of how he was shunned and gaslit by society after experiencing life-altering side effects following his vaccine in 2021. Determined to raise awareness, John has tirelessly campaigned throughout Scotland, giving a voice to the silenced. We explore the psychological toll this manipulation has taken on vaccine-injured individuals and John’s courageous journey to fight for acknowledgment and justice.
John is also the host of his own podcast, Bring the Noise, where he continues to advocate for the vaccine-injured community. This episode is a must-listen for anyone wanting to understand the emotional impact of gaslighting and the reality faced by those who dare to speak out.

Iridology is a natural health technique that involves examining the iris, the coloured part of the eye, to assess a person's overall health. Practitioners believe that specific areas of the iris correspond to different organs and systems in the body, revealing imbalances, weaknesses, or potential health issues. By studying patterns, colours, and other characteristics of the iris, iridologists can gain insights into a person's physical and emotional well-being. While it is not used to diagnose diseases, iridology helps identify areas where the body may need support, guiding individuals towards natural healing and preventive care.
In today’s episode, Philly sits down with Peter Jackson Main, a true pioneer in the field of natural healing. Peter has been teaching at CNM since 2003 and is the Course Director for Herbal Medicine, the Academic Director, and the Head of Research at the College. Peter began his journey into holistic health after leaving Cambridge University in the mid-70s, driven by his own health challenges. From Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy, and Polarity Therapy, Peter’s quest for healing knowledge led him to The College of Herbs and Natural Healing, where he trained in Herbal Medicine and Iridology. He later achieved a Master of Sciences, further cementing his expertise in natural healing.
Peter is a co-founder and former long-serving chairman of the Association of Master Herbalists. His influence on the herbal and naturopathic community is profound, having represented these fields in key governmental consultations. He is currently Chair of the General Naturopathic Council and a Fellow of the Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists. Additionally, Peter is Senior Lecturer, Course Director for Herbal Medicine, and Head of Research at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
Beyond his contributions to natural healing, Peter has a deep love for music. He is a talented musician, known for his self-penned recordings, and plays percussion in an Arab Takht ensemble, showcasing his passion for Arabian music.
Stay tuned as Peter and Philly discuss the journey of natural healing, the challenges facing the herbal medicine community, and Peter’s fascinating work in both naturopathy and music.
