We’ve been wanting to launch a podcast for a while now and …here it is! This episode is an introduction to us and our thoughts about what the podcast will be. We also tackle the uber common experience of denial in DID- it was one of the first things that we wrestled with. In fact, it’s so common, we haven’t met a system who hasn’t grappled with it. We share some thoughts on how to cope with denial and if you’d like to dig in a little deeper for yourselves, you can always revisit our Denial Files Blog.
If you have topics you’d like us to cover, please don’t be shy and let us know. We are honored that you are joining us for this journey and we hope you enjoy this new venture of ours.
Thank you for tuning in for our first episode! We should have this available on Apple and Spotify soon!
