Gary Howell is a husband, father, certified life coach and marriage counselor, and former pastor. After serving 16 1⁄2 years as a pastor, he made the commitment to coach/counsel and teach full time and launched Pneuma Coaching Advantage in 2015. Pneuma is the Greek word meaning breath, wind or spirit, thus this gives insight that Pneuma Coaching Advantage is not just motivational but inspirational as well.

Pneuma Coaching specializes in relationship coaching, personal development, strategic intervention/meditation, workshops and seminars and spiritual formation. Howell has a B.A. in Theology from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and a M.A. in Sociology and Crisis Counseling from Tennessee Temple University. He also has a certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

Howell is the author of A Little White Casket an international best-seller in five categories in six countries. Howell and his wife Candi have been married 43 years and he has three children and nine grandchildren. Howell lives in a suburb outside Phoenix.
