  • Dating App Fatigue? Here's What Thousands of Singles Are Doing Instead
Dating App Fatigue? Why Real-Life Connection Still Matters with Alana Nolan

Are you tired of endless swiping, disappointing dates and wondering where all the good people have gone?

In this week's episode of Healing with Teeling, I sit down with Alana Nolan, founder of Single Mingle UK, one of the UK's fastest-growing singles event communities, to talk about why so many singles are stepping away from dating apps and choosing to meet people in real life instead.

Alana shares what she's learned from bringing together thousands of singles across the UK and why genuine connection often happens when we stop hiding behind a screen and start putting ourselves back into the real world.

    We discuss:

    • Why dating apps can leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated and disconnected

    • The "someone better might be out there" mindset that's sabotaging modern dating

    • Why chemistry can't always be judged from a profile picture

    • The biggest mistakes singles make when trying to meet someone

    • How confidence grows when you step outside your comfort zone

    • Why many people are still single despite wanting a relationship

    • How Singles Mingle events help people connect naturally without awkward speed dating

    • The surprising friendships and communities that are formed through singles events

    • Why having a shopping list of requirements may be keeping you stuck

    • What dating trends Alana is seeing in 2026 and beyond

One of my favourite takeaways from this conversation is that many of the good singles are sitting at home believing there are no good singles left.

If you've been feeling disillusioned with dating, this episode is a reminder that connection still happens. Love still happens. Sometimes it starts with one brave decision to leave the house, start a conversation and put yourself in a room full of possibilities.

  • Traits of My Most Successful Clients

What do the women who create the biggest transformations have in common?

In this episode of Healing with Teeling, I'm sharing the stories of three clients whose lives changed dramatically through coaching.

Although their circumstances were very different, they all arrived carrying the same fears, limiting beliefs and relationship patterns that were keeping them stuck.

One was a Lone Wolf who had become fiercely independent after leaving a controlling relationship.

One was a Fixer rebuilding her life after the breakdown of a seventeen-year marriage.

One was an Ice Queen who had convinced herself there were no good men left after experiencing betrayal.

Today I'm sharing their journeys from heartbreak, fear and self-protection to self-trust, healing and healthy love.

If you've ever wondered why you keep attracting emotionally unavailable relationships, struggle to trust yourself in dating or feel like love just isn't happening for you, this episode is for you.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • The common traits my most successful clients share

    • Why healing isn't about finding a relationship

    • How limiting beliefs shape your dating experiences

    • The difference between intuition and fear

    • Why self-trust is the foundation of healthy love

    • The coaching framework I use to help women transform their lives and relationships

  • Could Your Health Be Sabotaging Your Relationships?

Could Your Health Be Sabotaging Your Relationships?

We often assume relationship struggles are emotional.

    We blame stress.

    We blame dating.

    We blame our past.

    We blame the other person.

But what if part of the problem is happening inside your body?

In this fascinating conversation, I sit down with Women's Cancer Prevention Specialist, Environmental Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach Chloe Jane to explore the surprising connection between your health, hormones, stress levels, gut health and relationships.

We discuss why so many women feel exhausted, irritable, emotional and disconnected without realising their body may be contributing to how they feel.

    Inside this episode we explore:

    • How gut health affects your mood, personality and relationships

    • The impact of stress on your nervous system and emotional wellbeing

    • Why hormonal imbalances can affect connection, communication and intimacy

    • The hidden toxins many women are exposed to every day

    • Why so many women dismiss their own health needs until something goes wrong

    • Simple changes that can improve your wellbeing and help you show up differently in your relationships

This conversation is a powerful reminder that healthy relationships don't just start with emotional healing.

They also start with looking after the body that carries you through life.

  • The Art of Flirting:

The Art of Flirting: Why Dating Shouldn't Feel Like a Job Interview

If dating has started to feel like a second job, this episode is for you.

Somewhere between the swiping, screening and analysing, many women have forgotten that dating is supposed to be fun.

In this episode of Healing with Teeling, Rachel shares why so many high-achieving women approach dating like a board meeting, and how that mindset can kill connection, attraction and enjoyment before a relationship has even had a chance to begin.

You'll learn why flirting isn't about playing games or pretending to be someone you're not. It's about bringing curiosity, confidence and playfulness back into your dating life.

Rachel shares the mindset shifts that helped her stop treating dating like a project to manage and start enjoying the process again.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • Why online dating can leave you feeling numb and disconnected

    • How to stop interviewing people and start getting to know them

    • Why looking for your future husband on every first date creates unnecessary pressure

    • The powerful mindset shift from trying to be chosen to deciding whether you actually like them

    • Why collecting stories is far more fun than collecting disappointments

    • How to create attraction through curiosity instead of interrogation

    • Why mystery and playfulness matter in healthy dating

    • The difference between spotting red flags and recognising green flags

    • How to bring flirting, fun and excitement back into dating

If you've been treating dating like a performance review, this is your reminder to put the clipboard down and start enjoying yourself again.

Because healthy love isn't just about finding the right person.

It's about becoming the woman who trusts herself, enjoys her life and stays open to connection.

  • The Two Types Of Women I Coach And Why Both Struggle To Find Love

This week on Healing with Teeling, I’m talking about the two types of women I work with most and why both often struggle to find healthy, secure love.

One woman is rebuilding after heartbreak. Her relationship has ended and the future she planned feels impossible to imagine without him.

The other woman looks like she has everything together. The career, the house, the independence, the lifestyle. But behind closed doors she still longs for a relationship and someone to truly share her life with.

Although these women look very different on the surface, they often carry the same deep rooted beliefs around love, trust, safety, and relationships.

    In this episode I share:

    • The hidden subconscious beliefs keeping women stuck in painful relationship patterns

    • Why heartbreak and hyper independence often come from the same wounds

    • The difference between coaching and therapy

    • What actually happens inside my 1:1 coaching programme

    • How NLP and subconscious work help rewire limiting beliefs around love and relationships

    • Why healing your relationship patterns changes every area of your life, not just dating

    • How feminine and masculine energy affect healthy relationships

    • Real client transformations and personal experiences from my own journey

If you’ve ever felt like love just doesn’t work out for you, this episode will help you understand why and what needs to change to finally create the relationship you truly want.

  • The Woman Who Said “I’ll Never Live With A Man Again"

    This episode is deeply personal.

A recent conversation with a former client reminded me that there was once a time where I said I would never live with a man again.

    And I truly meant it.

After my nine year relationship ended just weeks before our wedding, I closed myself off emotionally. I convinced myself that independence was safer than vulnerability. Safer than love.

In this episode, I share the real story behind that version of me.

    The heartbreak.

    The betrayal.

    The loneliness.

The healing journey that changed everything.

    And the unexpected update…

Because today, I’m in a healthy, loving relationship and we’ve just bought a house together.

Not the dream house by the sea.

    Not a perfect Pinterest renovation.

But a real home, in a real season of life, with all the chaos that comes with it.

    We’re decorating every room.

    Building IKEA furniture.

Knocking walls down to make a gym.

    Living without WiFi.

Managing school runs in opposite directions across the Midlands.

    And somehow… it feels calm.

    Safe.

    Fun, even.

This episode is about what becomes possible when you stop living in protection mode and start rebuilding trust within yourself.

If you’re a high achieving woman who feels stuck in unhealthy patterns in love, struggles to trust herself after heartbreak, or fears she’ll never have the relationship she truly wants, this conversation is for you.

Inside this episode, we talk about:

    • Why independence can sometimes be emotional protection

    • How heartbreak impacts your ability to trust yourself

    • The subconscious patterns that keep women stuck in unhealthy relationships

    • What emotional safety actually feels like

    • How healing changes the way you experience love

    • Why healthy relationships feel calm, not chaotic

This month, I’m giving away my mini course for free.

Inside, I’ll help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck in love, where they come from, and how to start changing them.

DM me the words MAY26 on Instagram and I’ll send it over to you.
