Wake up and inhale frankincense and put a drop on the roof of my mouth

Get up and inhale peppermint
And rub clary sage and balance on the bottom of my feet

Evening Routine:
Bath with epsom salt / infused with oils
Yin yoga
Sun salutations
Sometimes listen to money magnet things
Self care rituals you can’t live without:
Coffee
Finding laughter and joy in anything
Gratitude practice: write out 10 things I’m grateful for (makes you appreciate the little things in life more)
