Episode 1:
"Hi, Doctor Puja here, let's continue to Think Healthy!
Have you ever wondered why your doctors ask you about the number of times you urinate at night?
Well, of course, the doctor is trying to rule out a many number of things, but one of the things that the doctor is looking at is to see if you have SLEEP APNEA. One of the lesser known symptoms of sleep apnea is an increase in the frequency of nighttime urination.
I want you to keep in mind: going to the bathroom more than before DOES NOT mean that you have sleep apnea. And, to definitively answer that question, your doctor is most likely going to ask you to undergo what's called a sleep study.
So, the next time you're visiting your physician and they ask you about your bathroom use at night time: Don't be surprised! Don't be embarrassed! Answer the question honestly.

Episode 2:
"Hi, Doctor Puja here, let's continue to Think Healthy.
Here's one simple way to ensure that your child grows up to be a less anxious adult. I want you to know that children who avoid new social situations, children who are cautious about unfamiliar things. These are the kiddos that MAY have a higher risk of developing anxiety as adults.
So, one way to prevent anxiety in adulthood is by purposefully exposing your child to safe and positive social experiences now. Take your children to the mall. Take your grandchildren to the museum. Take your nieces and nephews just for walks. Just do something! But make sure it's being done in a positive manner.
As your child becomes more and more comfortable dealing with unfamiliar situations, they're going to develop mechanisms to deal with anxiety properly, and this step ensures that the child may be less likely to develop an anxiety disorder in adulthood.
