Hearing is easy; listening is an art. Listening leads to expansion of consciousness & involves the integration of verbal & non-verbal cues, a willingness to hear things outside our comfort zone & an open heart. With true listening, we lay aside time constraints, personal agendas, unnecessary distractions & a need to voice our own opinion, and are honored to be privy to the still small voice of souls. The golden light of a beautiful sunrise reminds us there's magic behind even the darkest clouds. As we seek to enlighten our DNA memory, there's increased interest in mono-atomic gold called, in the past, manna, the philosopher's stone & the light of life. Enjoy the golden closing mediation.

Everyone knows that placing band aids over deep issues, never solves the problem. It takes time & courage to find & dig out the roots.
