Everything is ramping up with the approach of a powerful square between passionate Mars & revolutionary Uranus on the 22nd & Jupiter magnifying every emotion causing us to react first & think later. Simultaneously, showers of high frequency light reaching this planet are accelerating, urging compassion & co-operation, with any part of our life that refuses to comply standing out, to be faced once and for all.

With so much happening, it's easy to miss the shift in boundaries of alliances both on the world stage & in our personal lives. Rather than forming new relationships, we're renewing and refreshing old connections that deeply resonate with our soul.  Through the guided meditation, I encourage you to strengthen these old connections, hence bringing greater clarity to your soul's purpose.

Only enjoy the meditation when you're in a place where you can comfortably close your eyes ie not while driving or operating machinery.

Feeling creative, excited, confused or disillusioned? You're under the spell of powerful Piscean energies inundating our psyche, causing previously adequate navigational compasses to go haywire.  It's time to hone & trust our inner compass - intuition - so like the 'hanged man' in tarot, we can pause, release & willingly surrender to true spiritual transformation.

Parts of the world are experiencing unusually high levels of lightning storms thought to be due to our planet's ever weakening magnetic field. If we see ourselves as lightning rods -bringing heaven onto earth - then it's highly likely we're receiving accelerated flashes of divine inspirations, urging us to move beyond excuses & turn creative thought into action!

As Mercury, god of communication, passes through far seeing Aquarius, I'm pleased to offer insights into a range of initiatives & events that are presently impacting our inner and outer worlds. So much is happening in clear sight that is easy to dismiss. Do we have the courage to clear our inner screens, listen rather than talk & trust our intuitive heart?

This Leo full moon illuminates the high frequency electricity passing between our Earth & the Cosmos, emboldening our ability to communicate truth, integrity & inner passions. With focus turning towards Mother Earth's hidden powers, I'm delighted to reveal my Earth Mysteries library of videos & meditations, inviting you to journey virtually with me to uncover her secrets.

From 3 years onwards, children naturally enjoy exploring their surroundings making new synaptic connections that will help them navigate their lives. As adults, it's easy to forget that brain plasticity is possible & that the cosmic energies bombarding our Earth at present, demand that we embrace a child's curiosity, opening our mind to amazing & beautiful new connections.

What times we're in! Jan 31st- Feb 1st, we're being showered with the energy of an Aquarian New moon, Imbolc - the Celtic Festival of fiery renewal -  & the Chinese New Year of the Tiger.  Jupiter in Pisces is also closing in on Neptune, testing  our beliefs, sanity & compassion while urging us to ask: what is the most loving and wisest thing I can do in this moment?

Ever listened to someone whose words don't align to their truth?  Even our body can hear the screech of a dis-harmonic cell causing it to seek re-balance.  As multiple waves of cosmic consciousness flow through our planet, we'd be wise to tune into the sensitivity of our cerebellum to ensure we're living in harmony with our true nature.  Then we can fulfill our destiny in accordance with the divine plan of Ma'at, the goddess of dynamic balance & light.

This full moon in Cancer is gently nudging us to step beyond childlike rules & behaviors & take back our power. Immersed in waves of cosmic energy, we can then remember the feeling of pure joy that comes when we're part of a spiritual family, all working together to create a better home for all on Earth.
