This full moon in Aries opposite Sun in Libra (Sept 29th) helps us find balance in our relationships where no-one or nothing is taken for granted. This pure state of gratitude doesn’t come from feelings of inadequacy or from difficulty in receiving. It comes from the pure pleasure of turning up fully in every relationship because this is the only moment guaranteed!

As the pressure builds, this equinox offers a highway into a new world beyond controlling beliefs & structures built by other people. The holographic sky is falling, revealing a quantum darkness full of possibilities; scary and exciting. Like the story of Henny Penny who, on hearing the cock crow, is saved from being eaten by the cunning fox, it’s the dawn of a new day. Time to birth new possibilities for the good of all, based on love, honesty & peace.  

Things are going to get a little crazy as retrograde Saturn in Pisces, challenges our sense of reality. The present holographic world is dissolving to let the true light in. This may feel scary but our deep heart's inner knowing is always there to guide us. Time to be extra-ordinary, allowing the creative imagination to flourish!

We're surrounded by light, our auric field is composed of light & our physical body absorbs & emits light, similar to every living form. What is light? Photons carrying essential information to body, mind and soul, ensuring optimal health while spiritually evolving. Adaptability is the key, enabling us to cope with outer changes while quickly being able to return to coherence & centeredness. The closing meditation uses color to enhance optimal health.

Have you been feeling disillusioned or sad about the state of the world or even about your own life? Are you less willing to accept the advice of authority figures who cannot satisfactorily explain their opinions? The veils that have, for millennia, masked the illusionary nature of our reality are falling, causing, perhaps, initial feelings of fear, which quickly transform into exquisite feelings of being loved & accepted unconditionally: time to dissolve to evolve.

Stress is part of life: healthy stress motivates us to grow & evolve while unhealthy stress can push us over the edge into burnout. Knowing the personal triggers that cause stressful reactions is essential if we're going to be able to deal with increasing subliminal stressors that can block the inspirational messages of the soul, especially through the crown chakra. 

Pluto retrograde in Capricorn until early October, is continuing to reveal dogmas that have attempted to rule our lives until now. Pluto seeks resolution through transformation, expanding our awareness beyond duality into multidimensionality. Time to accept that we're beings of light whose energy field emulates the spherical grid of the planet, where the chakras' energy stretches out into the Universe. 

Is your gut happy today? Louis Pasteur, father of germ theory, eventually agreed: It's the soil not the seed that matters. This soil, especially in the gut, is made up of trillions of micro-organisms, forming the microbiome, working to ensure our optimal health. Through poor diet, stress or ingested substances, physical & mental problems may arise including depression, decreased immune function, pain, bloating & malnutrition. Balance is restored through nurturing the gut with good food, pre & probiotics & listening to the wisdom of the body.  

Language is more than just the spoken word: it instantaneously conveys a depth of intention & emotion, processed by the whole brain long before the words are translated. The same process occurs when communicating with light beings across the dimensions, whether ETs, guides or loved ones in spirit.   With an open mind and heart, we unconsciously use the common language of the Universe, sacred geometry, to send & receive little packages of information across the ether. The strength of communication is heightened at nodal points, whether within our heart, DNA or around the planet, each nodal point being a wormhole into the multiverse.  

Even on a spiritual path, life can take on a predictable pattern. Call in Hermes, trickster & divine messenger, who, with precision, lets loose the golden arrow of destiny, causing a spontaneous quantum leap of awareness & the chance to realize our true soul’s destiny. And even if, after such an event, life continues as before, once the arrow touches our heart, it’s never forgotten & it’s never too late to seize the day!
