The Heat trailed from the opening tip to the final horn- shooting 39% and committing 14 turnovers- in a 125-91 blowout loss to the Memphis Grizzlies that extended their season-long losing streak to 7 games.

Tyler Herro scored a season-low 8 points for Miami, ending his string of 93 straight games in double figures. Tyler shot just 3-12, 1-4 from 3.

Jaren Jackson Jr scored 31 points on 13-18 shooting to lead the Memphis offense with star guard Ja Morant out with shoulder pain. 23 of Jackson’s points came in the 1st half.

Desmond Bane dropped 22 with 10 rebounds and 8 assists for the Grizzlies won for the fifth time in their last six games.

Kel’el Ware led the Heat with 19 points and 11 rebounds, Bam Adebayo added 18 points, (10 in the 3rd quarter) and Kyle Anderson and Jaime Jacquez Jr. scored 13 points each off the bench.

The Grizzlies' lead reached 18 points in the 2nd quarter, and they went into the half up 63-48.

Memphis was still shooting 55% from the field midway through the fourth quarter. They finished with 72 points in the paint.
