"I took his cell phone into the bathroom, locked the door, and said to God, 'If you want me away from this guy, you're going to have to help me break the password code and see what's in here.' I hit a bunch of keys, and I was in!"

Samantha came to God with raw and painful questions. Through tears she asked if her dog was in heaven. She pleaded to know where her father was in the afterlife. In desperation, she even begged for help breaking into her boyfriend's phone to confirm what she feared—that he was cheating.
And yet, God answered. In ways she could not forget, He revealed His presence and His love.
Like Mary, Samantha has pondered these moments in her heart. They are treasures, reminders of a God who cares deeply. That's why we keep a spiritual "cookie jar," filled with stories of His faithfulness to reach into whenever life feels overwhelming.
