This week's love story belongs to Heidi, a mother of four who is diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.

Heidi is surrounded by love with her four young children, husband and an idyllic life on an Ontario dairy farm. In what could be considered as someone's darkest time, Heidi is choosing to spread love outwards to others.

She is inspiring people to do small acts of kindness and encouraging people to join her in the fight for a cure.
