You know those users (or relatives, or friends) who put the entirety of the content of their email... in the email subject? Yeah. Us too.

Mark, Cody and Dave talk about stories where we technically shouldn't be alive still. A guy in Australia decided the best way to disconnect a UPS from a live 240v electrical source was to cut the cable. And so forth.

Mark, Cody and Dave talk about users who submit tickets with nowhere near enough information. And times when we've done the same.

This was one of our very first topics that Mark did alone. Now with the whole gang, we talk about instances where the age-old question should be asked: Have you tried turning it off and on again?
