As a special gift to you, dear listener, I am sharing this interview I did with my dear friend, and teacher, Richard Rudd, author of The Gene Keys, in July of 2021.

I had reached out to Richard while mired in a bit of confusion about the implementation of heterarchy, in light of natural hierarchy, as part of the research I was doing for the book I'm finishing now, The Language of Betterarchy. We decided to film the interview, and make it a proper podcast for the Gene Keys community.
