The benefits of meditation are endless. Benefits of a consistent daily mediation practice includes reducing stress, controlling anxiety, improves sleep and more. Cannabis also has overlapping benefits of meditation including reducing stress, easing anxiety and improving focus.
Knowing that there are overlapping benefits, naturally us cannabis lovers would find a way to mix the two to create a truly enlightening experience. High meditation is one of my favorite activities because it allows me to really sink into the present moment and feel the internal vibrations.
