  • Five is Five Points - S2E85
In Episode 85 of the “High Regard Show,” “This Is Five Points,” we talk to Josh Kimberg, co-founder of Clutter Magazine and the Five
Points Festival, which gangs up on Pier 36 on New York's Lower East Side May 20-21. Five Points isn't just a clever play on a storied part of the city neighborhood, it also ties together the five points of the festival: designer toys, comic book artists, street art, food and beer and NYC.
Plus, Sixpoints Brewery will unveil samples of its new brew and the whole shebang kicks off on Friday for the 7th annual Designer Toy Awards, which will be hosted at Webster Hall by acclaimed filmmaker and avid collector Morgan Spurlock.
In “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about the concerns he has for a new medication he’s on that may cause weight gain or loss and sheds light on another thing they don't tell you about your post-bariatric surgery life.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about his latest health issue and maybe throws some residual shade at Nikki for her comments during last week’s honesty episode.

  • Dystopia Rising - S2E84
In Episode 84 of the “High Regard Show,” “Dystopia Rising,” we talk about our latest bingeing obsession, "The Handmaid's Tale," which you can stream now on Hulu. We ponder how close we might be to this fantastic and frightening show, which stars Elisabeth Moss, becoming an actual reality what with the changes coming to health care, women's rights, civil rights and the world as we know it.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about something you won't hear too many people who've had bariatric surgery discuss: the side effects such a drastic weight loss can have on your body beyond just your outer appearance.

Kelley also talks to Tom about what gels between her and Mike, her "Kelley sugar" and what's next for this band you really need to hear.

  • Truth Be Told - S2E82
In Episode 82 of the “High Regard Show,” “Truth Be Told,” we observe National Honesty Day, which falls on April 30, by playing 20-ish Questions. You'll hear us answer, 100 percent truthfully, burning questions about the meanest things we've ever done, our craziest dreams (Warning: Nikki's involves Alec Baldwin), and we even tell each other what annoys us most about each other.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom tells us about his surgeon's reaction to seeing his 110-pound weight loss for the first time and sheds some light on what he's been eating to keep his newly svelte figure.

  • Haunting Eliot Glazer - S2E81
In Episode 81 of the “High Regard Show,” “Haunting Eliot Glazer,” we chat with comedian, writer and singer Eliot Glazer, who makes bad songs good with his bicoastal musical comedy, "Haunting Renditions." Eliot talks about the show came about, the differences between writing for series like "Younger" and "New Girl" and for himself — and he spills the beans on who was funnier as a kid: He or his sister, "Broad City" imp, Ilana Glazer.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about looking forward to his first appointment with his surgeon since right after his surgery and showing the doctor his 110-pound loss — a year ahead of schedule.

  • Binge Worthy - S2E80
Episode 80 of the “High Regard Show,” “Binge Worthy,” is an auditory wormhole, from what we're currently bingeing, mostly repeated watchings of the sneaky Season 3 premiere of "Rick and Morty" and the almost too-close for comfort-but-still-hilarious "The Detour," and a serious conversation about sardines to Nikki's introduction of the “Suck It” song.
And there is breaking news in “Roly Poly Roarty:" Tom finally finally finally got new jeans, and there was much rejoicing from everyone but the binder clip he's been using to hold up his pajama bottoms because he knows his days are numbered.

  • Most Races Show on Earth - S2E79
In Episode 79 of the “High Regard Show,” “The Most RACES Show on Earth," we chat with Neil Bansil, founder of the long-running multicultural comedy tour, the Most Races Show on Earth. MRSOE touches down in Brooklyn for the first time on April 11, and Neil discusses the tour's history, that one guy who thought he was coming to hear actual racists and what's harder for the realtor-by-day: Teaching racial tolerance to Americans or meeting homebuyers' wish-list needs.
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about the aftermath of his third kidney stone surgery in five weeks, his impending return to work and proves why he wears the Negative Nelly crown.

  • Liz Miele's 'Melee' - S2E78
In Episode 78 of the “High Regard Show,” “Liz Miele's 'Melee',” comedian Liz Miele talks about her new comedy album, "Mind Over Melee," starting her standup career at 16, her tips for traveling overseas and her favorite of her mentor George Carlin's seven dirty words. (Hint: It's Nikki's pick, too.)
In this week’s “Roly Poly Roarty,” Tom talks about battling depression, even after losing more than 100 pounds since his bariatric surgery, by coming up HRS' newest creative endeavors, which Nikki somehow turns into an albeit too-brief conversation about Michael Winslow, aka "The Noise Guy" from the "Police Academy" movies.

  • Resist! - S2E77
In Episode 77 of the “High Regard Show,” “Resist!,” Tom talks about attending Lil Tyler Durden's first photography show and sale, "Resist!" at Brooklyn Central in DUMBO. The images were driven by the power of the resistance, and all proceeds benefited the Reproductive Health Access Project and the Ali Forney Center, which protects LGBTQ+ youths. With possible arts funding cuts on the horizon, we talk about how important it is to remain creative and band together to hold powerful events like "Resist!"
Since Nikki was unable to attend LTD's show because she was recovering (read: doped up) from her very first surgery, she talks about the joys of morphine, while Tom talks about hitting 200 on the scale for the first time in 20 years in this week's "Roly Poly Roarty."

  • Mixed Media - S2E76
Episode 76 of the “High Regard Show,” “Mixed-Media," is just that, a mixed bag in which Tom and Nikki chat about everything from why the Hayden Planetarium in New York should follow its Boston counterpart's lead and bring back music-themed space shows for stoners and space lovers alike, their thoughts on the nut-heavy ballet, how Netflix's "Abstract: The Art of Design" gave them a much-needed creative shot to the arm and — meow meow — they let the cat out of the bag on their secret creative project, "High Regard Show Presents."
In "Roly Poly Roarty," Tom reveals he's thisclose to being down 100 pounds — six months ahead of schedule no less! — and the segment Nikki called "two snorts worthy" also includes a tangent about "Lord of the Rings."
