Alrighty welcome to episode 23 lovely people, join me on a Saturday night on the couch for some chats about what has been happening in my life of late! I am BACK in my 'studio' so audio is on point and my voice is no longer nasal AF.
In today's episode I talk abut just how quickly i returned to my hectic, busy, stressed out self after coming back from 3 weeks of holidays and how I was able to realise it and be like firstly, what the heck! and secondly, whyyyy am I like this??
Side note- I haven't figured that out yet and am welcoming (kind) suggestions lol.
I then give you a bit of an insight to how my 1:1 session with the wonderful Georgia Simecek went last week. honestly wow. It was my first time doing any inner child work and my mind was blown.
Yes, i saw myself clear as day as a 7 year old (check out my IG post to meet her too).
Yes, i was able to take myself back to an exact time my needs weren't met.
Yes, I discovered things about myself.
and YES, I did cry through the entire thing.
Powerful AF. look her up. The amount of growth I had in one session was incredible.
Lastly the main reason for my recording this episode. Men's mental health.
On the back of Movember just finishing up I just wanted to share some statistics that I found online which genuinely made my jaw drop. I have felt called to bring awareness to mens mental health for some time now. This topic is a heavy one but the only way we are going to make any changes is by creating conversation, breaking down those stigmas and helping the men in our lives to know that there is help and that we will be there for them and walk alongside them to get it.
