Self love encompasses self respect, self discipline and truly celebrating the person you are. Oftentimes, we can stand in our own way. If you wouldn't speak to a friend or loved one that way, why is it so normalised to speak to yourself that way? Being aware of it can help us change it. This week, I discuss ways we can incrementally stop negative self talk and learn to love ourselves from within.
