As a 5 year old, Holly Ransom's grandmother afforded her the mantra that has inspired her life's work: 'if you walk past it, you tell the world it's ok'.

That mantra is the fuel behind a wonderfully inspiring career as an industry leading speaker, interviewer & leadership expert, alongside her work as an accomplished board director for organisations such as Port Adelaide Football Club and Hudson. Holly also serves as the Chair of Pride Cup Australia with a devotion to challenging LGBTI+ discrimination within sporting clubs. She has shared the stage with the likes of Richard Branson, Michelle Obama & Malcolm Gladwell & now she so generously shares the stage with yours truly for an impactful conversation on her journey thus far.
