In the name of vulnerability, Brad (The Captain) has come together with 2 of his best mates Tye (Phoony) & Joey The Zoolander) for a series of episodes to tackle some of life’s big questions, topics & the tough stuff that we so often choose to battle in solitude.

The aim is to inspire you to connect with your mates in vulnerability & hold space for each other on the foundation of unconditional love & support, whilst encouraging positive mental health.

The boys feel so blessed to have the incredible friendship they do & it’s no coincidence that our depth of conversation has created such strength in our bond.

This week they delve into the topic of LIMITING BELIEFS. They aim to identify what they see as their own limiting beliefs, how the beliefs effect their lives, the origin of the beliefs & how they can work towards overcoming them, while identifying some limiting beliefs they see in each other.

They also discuss the self fulfilling prophecy in which beliefs dictate behaviours in which behaviours dictate outcomes & outcomes reinforce the original belief. They identify how this prophecy can have a negative or positive effect on ones life.
