Do you need to systemize your UK property business?

Michael Gerber, author of  one of my favourite UK property investment books, The Emyth Revisited, encourages entrepreneurs to aim at creating a business that is system dependent rather than people dependent.

Latoya McDonald is  a property systemization expert who writes for YOur Property Network magazine, and is host of the podcast Outsourcing Your Property Business.

Latoya shares tips on centralizing storage spaces for property business-related files using Dropbox and Google Drive, and using Asana for organizing workflows.

She also highlights the importance of documenting everything in a business if not to achieve then at least to  to aim for passive income.

The speaker recommends using specialized virtual assistants sourced through agencies and provides a one-page checklist and short video for each task.
