I believe there are so many misconceptions when it comes to anxiety. I believe that some of these misconceptions are causing people to have a hard overcoming or managing their anxiety or causing people to be ashamed or embarrassed about their anxiety. Also someone listening, may not have anxieties, but possibly has a loved one that has anxieties and they may believe in some of these myths.
So I am hoping this episode can help with some of that.

I asked my friends if they could ask any questions about anxiety what would it be. Some of them really stepped up and asked some amazing questions.
Unfortunately when it comes to anxiety there is still so much unknown, so some of my answers are a little vague. Also some of these questions, I was able to answer, but the nerd in me wants to dig even deeper and research more and give you even better answers.
I plan on asking the same or similar questions like this in the future. This gives me a better idea of what you would like to know about anxiety.
