Homo Superior Podcast

The boys rounds the last of the First Round competitors in the Mutant Madness challenge. There's some X-Forced conversation about why some of these teams might be okay and not objectively terrible.

It's another Secret Records as Brent and Khelan break down the new HBO mini-series The Plot Against America (2020). Not tons of jokes, but there is tons of mourning about the state of our country. So there's that.

Homo Superior is joining forces with X-Reads, X is For Podcast, Comic Book Queers, The Podcast that Goes Snikt, and The Cerebros to help raise money for local comic book shops suffering from business losses due to COVID-19. The boys roll into the third round of their Mutant Madness Bracket challenge with the Weird/Miscellaneous Teams. It's weird, so we let Clarke guide us through it.

The boys roll ahead with their Mutant Madness bracket, this week tackling the young mutant teams. It's a lot of New Mutants and a lot of Generation X. Also, Homo Superior had its third birthday! (But we're not celebrating until we could be together.)

The boys dive into the first round of their Mutant Madness Bracket challenge with the standard X-Men Teams. Any major upsets? Find out by listening because that's how podcast work!

The boys have an announcement about recording given Coronavirus concerns; there's news talk; they try out a new segment reviewing old comics called ClassX; the rumor mill unsurprisingly still exists; and Brent wraps up his company's TV March Madness. Stay on the lookout for new Homo Superior content and Brent is bad at picking TV shows.

The boys talk about how they're managing the Coronavirus (Week 2) and Animal Crossing is a hot topic; there's some news and Alright This Might be Stupid; and the issues: Giant Sized X-Men: Nightcrawler #1, Hellions #1, Wolverine #2, X-Men #9, and X-Men/FF #3. It's getting harder to hold things together. Stay sane. Stay safe. Stay dry.

The boys try to work their way through the Coronavirus madness; there's talk of all the delays in productions; and the Issues (new and old): Excalibur #9, X-Force #9, GotG #3, Venom #24, and Thor #4. What kind of madness would you like? Is Charlie Cox a movie star actor? These and other questions will be answered!
