Dan Evans is in his second season as head coach of the University of North Georgia men's basketball program after being named the fourth coach in the history of the program in April 2019.

In his first season at the helm, Evans led the Nighthawks to a PBC Tournament berth after being picked to finish 10th in the preseason league poll.

Evans came to UNG after a six-year stint as the head coach at NCAA Division II Ohio Dominican in Columbus, Ohio where he led his team to 76 wins including a 37-12 mark over his last two seasons.

Evans was hired in May of 2013 by ODU to lead the Panthers after spending the previous six seasons as an assistant coach at Hillsdale College where he was part of a coaching staff that rebuilt the Hillsdale basketball program.

Evans played his collegiate ball at Lawrence University, a Division III school in Wisconsin, where he was a three-year starter and captain. He earned all-conference honors as a senior and helped take Lawrence to the Elite Eight in 2004.

Terrance “Munch” Williams has been the Executive Director of ProScholars Athletics since 2008, Williams attended and graduated from the Holderness School, a selective boarding school in New Hampshire. Terrance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University in 2002. After graduating from Wesleyan, Terrance served two years in the Teach for America program and went on to teach 1st grade for three years in a school located in the NYC’s South Bronx. After teaching he spent two years as Dean of Students at East New York Preparatory Charter School and earned a Master's in Education/Building Leadership at the University of Phoenix during this time. It was at this point that Terrance decided to return to his roots and accepted a position as Educational Coordinator of the SCAN "Reach for the Stars" program at Mulally Recreation Center, a program he participated in as a child.

Within a year and a half of returning to SCAN, Terrance was promoted to Center Director of the Mulally Recreation Center. While returning to the SCAN organization, he began working with the initial group of students who would help create the foundation for the ProScholars Athletics program. Under his leadership, ProScholars Athletics has grown from one team of a handful of afterschool students to a basketball program recognized as the top men's basketball AAU program in the country. Understanding that team sports can be a spring board to numerous academic and social opportunities, Williams has spearheaded an educational movement that has seen student athletes earn admission to prestigious boarding and Catholic schools located throughout the Northeast as well as numerous Division I scholarship offers for its participants.

Kevin Byrne is in his third season as the Boys’ Varsity Basketball Head Coach at Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Prior to returning to his alma mater, Byrne was the assistant men’s basketball coach at Akron University for two seasons. Before his D1 stint with the Zips, Byrne was the head men’s basketball coach at Ohio Northern University. While at Ohio Northern, Byrne guided the Polar Bears to a 41-38 record, a winning percentage of .519. ONU had a 16-10 record and finished fourth in the Ohio Athletic Conference in 2013-14.

Byrne went to Ohio Northern after a 4-year stint at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he served as their associate head coach.

Prior to MIT, Byrne was the assistant coach at his alma mater, Carnegie Mellon. During Byrne's eight-year tenure, the team set the school record for wins with 19 (2004-05 season) and experienced the first 20-win season and first ever UAA championship.

After graduating from CMU, Byrne enjoyed a three-year professional career playing in England and Ireland. While at Carnegie Mellon, he graduated as the third all-time leading scorer and fifth all-time leading rebounder. Byrne's class graduated with the most wins of any graduating class in Carnegie Mellon history.
