Ash Howard is in his third season as the Head Coach of the storied La Salle University men's basketball program.

Known as one of the most dynamic recruiters in the country, Howard has revamped the La Salle roster by focusing on talented student-athletes from the East Coast.

Prior to his arrival at La Salle, Howard spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Villanova, helping the Wildcats to a pair of National Championships. During his time with the Wildcats, Howard was involved in all aspects of the program including on-court teaching, player development and recruiting.

Before arriving in Villanova, Howard accrued a decade's worth of college coaching experience at three different stops. He began his coaching career as a student assistant coach at his alma mater, Drexel University, in 2002 after injury cut short his playing career for the Dragons.

In 2004, following graduation, Howard was hired as an assistant coach at La Salle by Dr. John Giannini. He spent four years with the Explorers before returning to Drexel in 2008 as an assistant coach to James "Bruiser" Flint. In 2012-13, Howard served as an assistant on Chris Mack's staff at Xavier University before landing back in his hometown with Villanova.

Robyn Fralick is entering her third season as head coach of the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team in 2020-21. Fralick, the architect of the two greatest offensive seasons in NCAA Division II women’s basketball history, came to BGSU after 10 seasons at Ashland University, the final three as head coach.

Fralick came to BG sporting a head-coaching record of 104-3, for an incredible winning percentage of .972. The Eagles won the NCAA Division II National Championship in 2016-17 before returning to the national championship game and earning a runner-up finish in ‘17-18.

Before heading to Ashland, Fralick was an assistant coach at the University of Toledo during the 2007-08 season. She served as the director of basketball operations at Western Michigan University and was an assistant coach at Appalachian State University.

Fralick enjoyed a stellar playing career at Davidson College (2000-04). When she left the program, she was fourth in career assists, eighth in career steals and 12th in career free throw percentage. Fralick played in 114 games and started 64 contests for the Wildcats.

Frank Ross is in his seventh season with the Washington Wizards and his third as Vice President of College Personnel. He spent his first two seasons with the team as Director of Player Personnel.

Ross served six seasons as Director of East Coast Scouting for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Prior to joining the Thunder organization, Ross served as a scout with the Charlotte Bobcats from 2003-07, evaluating college and minor league player talent.Ross joined the Bobcats after two seasons as the lead assistant coach with the University at Albany (NY).

Prior to joining the collegiate coaching ranks, Ross was a five-year veteran of the Arlington County Police Department in Northern Virginia.

A fifth-round draft choice (108th pick) by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1987 NBA Draft, Ross also participated in free agent camp for the Washington Bullets prior to the 1988 NBA season and played professionally in the Continental Basketball Association with the Sioux Falls Skyforce and in Germany with TTL Bamberg.

Ross attended American University in Washington D.C., where he was a two-time All-Colonial Athletic Association selection and continues to rank in the top-10 in 12 statistical categories, including fourth all-time in career scoring with 1,921 points. Ross was inducted into American University’s Hall of Fame in 2007.

JJ Outlaw is in his second year as an assistant coach for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers. JJ previously spent three seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies, including the 2018-19 campaign as an assistant coach focused on player development. Prior to that, Outlaw worked for the Los Angeles Lakers as a player development coach and video coordinator from 2011-2016 and as director of basketball operations for the Marist men’s basketball program from 2009-2011, where he also served as assistant coach during his second year.

Outlaw played college football at Villanova, where he was a standout wide receiver. Following his collegiate career, he was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles for parts of the 2006 and 2007 seasons and played for the Rhein Fire of NFL Europa in the spring of 2007. JJ and his Father John share their unusual career paths, beginning as professional football before finding their way to careers in the NBA.
